Cancellation Policy
Free Online Consultation Policy We’re pleased to offer free 30-minute online consultations via Google Meet to help you explore your project ideas and understand how we can support you. To ensure a smooth and productive experience for all clients, please take a moment to read the following: Booking & Availability Free consultations are available by appointment only and must be booked through our website or by direct email. Appointments are held via Google Meet. You’ll receive a meeting link upon confirmation. Rescheduling & Cancellations If you need to reschedule, we ask for at least 24 hours’ notice. Missed appointments or late cancellations (less than 24 hours' notice) may result in a restriction on rebooking future free sessions. You can reschedule via your confirmation email or by contacting us at info@rosenkellyarchitecturaldesign.com. Session Guidelines Please ensure you have a stable internet connection and a working microphone/camera. Be ready to share your ideas, goals, or any relevant information to make the most of your time. These sessions are advisory in nature and not a substitute for detailed design or planning advice. If you require more in-depth site-specific advice, we recommend our 1-hour Property Visit service. One Free Session Per Household To ensure fair access to our time and services, we kindly offer one free online consultation per household or project.
