Working closely with our client, we produced detailed planning drawings and a 3D Revit model for this spacious Dorset home; the design has now secured full planning approval, and we’re thrilled to reveal the results.​

Hardys Glebe is a bespoke new home designed to sit comfortably within its Dorset plot. Our role was to translate the client’s vision into precise planning drawings and a fully detailed 3D Revit model, ensuring the design balanced form, flow and liveability across two floors. By collaborating directly with the homeowner, we developed accurate floor plans, elevations and site layouts that capture every nuance of the brief.

We created a suite of immersive 3D visuals to illustrate how the dwelling’s massing, roofline and interior spaces relate to its surroundings. These cutaway views were not part of the official submission but they tell the story behind the architecture, demonstrating why clear, site-responsive design leads to smoother approvals. The project has now been granted full planning permission and stands as an example of how collaborative design, supported by robust drawings and modelling, results in an
