Excited to share a recent planning approval near Preston, Weymouth!

This project involved a comprehensive transformation of a traditional property, including:

A single-storey rear extension

Internal reconfiguration for improved flow

A raised roofline with increased pitch

A new dormer and full loft conversion to create additional rooms

The existing building is constructed in ashlar stone with classic white-framed fenestration. Our design introduces dark grey zinc cladding and matching window and door frames, creating a bold juxtaposition between traditional and contemporary elements.

As most of the development is concentrated at the rear, it offered the perfect opportunity to experiment architecturally-balancing heritage materials with modern design language.
