Full Planning Approved | A Confident Step Forward for a New Dorset Home


We’re proud to share that two planning applications relating to a single, generously scaled new home in Dorset have been fully approved — and we’re excited to reveal a few of the visuals behind the proposal.


At Rosenkelly Architectural Design, we supported the project by producing clear, site-responsive planning drawings to help shape the vision and secure a smooth path to approval.


A Confident, Considered Proposal

The project centres on a spacious new dwelling designed to sit confidently within its setting — balancing form, flow and liveability across two floors.


Our contribution included:
