As part of our planning strategy, Rosenkelly addressed relevant technical and planning constraints early. The presence of a public sewer within 3 metres of the proposal was clearly identified. Additionally, the proximity to a shared boundary was acknowledged under the Party Wall etc. Act 1996, showing proactive planning consideration.
