Over the past few weeks we've been pleased to help clients achieve a range of positive outcomes across Dorset, spanning heritage, residential, public realm and technical design.
Recent projects have included:
Listed Building Consent for works to a Grade II listed dwelling.
Full Plans approval for a large detached residential garage.
Full Plans approval for a loft conversion.
Development accepted in principle through the pre-application process for a mixed-use scheme.
Development accepted in principle through the pre-application process for an ancillary garage within a conservation area, including a new rural access.
Assistance in securing a Lawful Development Certificate for works within a public space.
