Service Description
1-HOUR IN-PERSON VISIT WITH A FULLY QUALIFIED ARCHITECT BEFORE THE MEETING -Fully qualified Architect will do a Desktop Study to prepare for the meeting and look to identify potential Constraints. -We arrive prepared with an understanding of your area and site, DURING THE MEETING (At Your Property) -A fully qualified Architect will visit your property -Your Goals: You talk, we listen. Tell us what you want to achieve, your ideas, priorities, and concerns. -Site & Constraints: We assess the property, flag key constraints, and discuss what’s realistically possible. - Process & Next Steps: We discuss/suggest a route and process going forward. AFTER THE MEETING -A formal letter of appointment including a tailored roadmap - often up to planning consent (all being well) -A formalised fee quotation for your consideration -If you choose to proceed, we’ll deduct the visit fee from your project costs. BENEFITS: -You're not being sold to; you’ve paid for professional, impartial advice. -It shows you're serious about your project. -You get honest insight and upfront clarity before committing to any bigger costs. -If you proceed with us, the consultation fee comes off your final invoice. Cancellation Policy
Booking Policy To ensure a smooth and professional service, we ask all clients to please review the following booking terms before confirming your Property Consultation. Rescheduling We understand that plans can change. If you need to reschedule your consultation, we ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice. You can do this by replying to your confirmation email or contacting us directly at info@rosenkellyarchitecturaldesign.com. Rescheduling with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in a rebooking fee. Cancellations & Refunds Cancellations made with more than 24 hours' notice will receive a refund, minus a 5% processing fee. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice or failure to attend the appointment are non-refundable. Refunds may take up to 5 working days to appear in your account, depending on your bank and the Wix Payments system. Outside Dorset Travel This service includes travel to properties within the Dorset area only. If your property is located outside Dorset, please contact us before booking at info@rosenkellyarchitecturaldesign.com to arrange a custom quote including additional mileage fees. Weather & Site Access In the event of extreme weather conditions or issues accessing the site, we may offer to reschedule at no extra cost. Please ensure the property is accessible and safe at the time of the visit. Fee Deduction for Ongoing Work If you proceed with our services following the consultation (e.g., design, planning, or building regulations stages), the full consultation fee will be deducted from your future project costs. Client Responsibility It is the client’s responsibility to ensure accurate address details are provided and that someone is available at the property at the agreed time. Please notify us of any access restrictions or parking limitations ahead of time
