In person Consultation – On-Site Advice from a Qualified Architect Thinking of making changes to your home or starting a new project, but not sure where to begin? Our 1-hour Property Consultation is designed to give you the clarity and confidence you need to move forward with your ideas. This consultation takes place at your property with a qualified Architect who will listen to your goals, assess the space, and provide honest, professional advice tailored to your needs. Whether you’re planning an extension, loft conversion, renovation, or a new build, we’ll help you explore the possibilities and understand what’s realistically achievable. We’ll discuss: Your vision, goals, and priorities Design possibilities and practical considerations Budget expectations and project costs Planning permission and building regulations The typical process, timeframes, and next steps Our aim is to make the complex feel simple, and to equip you with the knowledge to make informed decisions—before committing to any major costs. We cover travel within the Dorset area at no extra charge. If you're located outside Dorset, please email us at info@rosenkellyarchitecturaldesign.com before booking, as an additional mileage fee may apply. If you decide to proceed with our services following the consultation, the visit fee will be fully deducted from your project costs. This session is ideal if: You want to speak directly with an Architect on-site You’re not sure if your ideas are viable You want to understand your options and likely costs You’re seeking early professional input before investing further It’s your opportunity to ask questions, test ideas, and get expert insight—without pressure or obligation.
Cancellation Policy
Booking Policy To ensure a smooth and professional service, we ask all clients to please review the following booking terms before confirming your Property Consultation. Rescheduling We understand that plans can change. If you need to reschedule your consultation, we ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice. You can do this by replying to your confirmation email or contacting us directly at info@rosenkellyarchitecturaldesign.com. Rescheduling with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in a rebooking fee. Cancellations & Refunds Cancellations made with more than 24 hours' notice will receive a refund, minus a 5% processing fee. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice or failure to attend the appointment are non-refundable. Refunds may take up to 5 working days to appear in your account, depending on your bank and the Wix Payments system. Outside Dorset Travel This service includes travel to properties within the Dorset area only. If your property is located outside Dorset, please contact us before booking at info@rosenkellyarchitecturaldesign.com to arrange a custom quote including additional mileage fees. Weather & Site Access In the event of extreme weather conditions or issues accessing the site, we may offer to reschedule at no extra cost. Please ensure the property is accessible and safe at the time of the visit. Fee Deduction for Ongoing Work If you proceed with our services following the consultation (e.g., design, planning, or building regulations stages), the full consultation fee will be deducted from your future project costs. Client Responsibility It is the client’s responsibility to ensure accurate address details are provided and that someone is available at the property at the agreed time. Please notify us of any access restrictions or parking limitations ahead of time
